Position Overview
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bi-weekly payroll process. This includes time and attendance, payroll processing, costing, reconciling, state and federal reporting, W-2 processing, Workers Compensation and Short-Term Disability payment process, payroll budget, retirement payment and reconciliation, payroll liability reconciliation, and communication of payroll law changes. This position will work closely with all departmental budget holders.

Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Salary Range: $104,445 - $166,442 per year
